Community Homeowner Portal Sign Up Instructions:

Please go to, click “Login” then click “Sign Up”. Fill out the fields and click “Register” to create your login. Training videos are available in your portal to help you get started. You should have recently received your Account Number and Portal Key via mail.  For assistance call 813-936-4141.

Community Assessment Payments:

Set up payments for your community assessments by navigating to “Make a Payment” in your homeowner portal. You can also set up optional automated text reminders by going to “Profile”- “Communication Settings”.


We offer the following payment methods:

i. Automatic Draft Payment (ACH)- Free.

ii. Pay by credit or debit card- 3.99% processing fee.

iii. Pay by E-check- $2.99 processing fee.

iv. Check or Money Order made payable to your Association.
